TMC Health Cancer Center locations offer palliative care as part of our compassionate, whole-person approach. Our palliative care nurse practitioners work with a team of medical experts to coordinate care at every stage—during treatment, follow-up and beyond.
With you at every step
Palliative care starts at diagnosis and continues throughout treatment, helping manage symptoms such as pain, nausea, fatigue, depression, and anxiety. Our program also assists in understanding and coordinating care, with the goal of keeping patients as independent and active as possible.
Hospice care
When needed, hospice care is carefully coordinated by physicians, nurses, home health aides, social workers, spiritual care (if desired) and volunteers. Hospice focuses on maintaining comfort and quality of life for patients while providing support for their families.
TMC Health has a comprehensive hospice program for our patients. We provide personalized care in your home or in our Peppi’s House inpatient unit, offering dignity, respect and unwavering support 24/7 to help you through this journey.
